Ambassador Bethuel A. Kiplagat

Ambassador Bethuel A. Kiplagat is the Chairman, Board of Directors, Africa Peace Forum (APFO). He has held senior positions in various capacities in his career as a peace-worker diplomat and civil servant. He has been involved in various activities such as organizing workshops and conferences on peace and security in the Horn of Africa and on the flow of small arms in the Horn region. Amb Kiplagat has served as the team leader of the IGAD initiative for the establishment of CEWARN.  He is also a senior consultant on peace and conflict work and serves on numerous national and international boards.  Currently He is the Chancellor of Egerton University.
